I’m not a buyer.
But I must complememt the painting. Really good looking army Oz. I hope it gets the right home and lots of games. Deserves to be shown in public.

Thank you for the compliment, yes, I am an amazing painter and...
I have to hold my hands up - not my work I am afraid. This is how I bought it. Beautiful army though and it is a tragedy that it is sat in a box in my garage whilst my Wiz of Oz army gets used.
Malorndk:
Dips on the hobgoblin Archers and the BSB if you decide to split the army up <3
thewizardofoz:
lol, sorry I wont be splitting it up.
I have had 4 replies on facebook already about them. I don’t think they will last long.
MadHatter:
For £250 ill take the lot
thewizardofoz:
Provisionally Sold

Back for sale
All my fault, I had agreed a sale, checked the postage at the post office and found that to Sweden it will cost £60! (The problem of a lot of metal models),
My apologies once again MadHatter.
Sorry to anyone that is put off by the high postage price but I cannot go any lower on the price of the army. Basically, the army is £250 plus whatever the postage is and I am quite willing to get the different postage options once a deal is agreed but we are looking at about £40 UK and £60 Europe.
thewizardofoz:
I have had 3 emails in the last few hours all asking the same thing so just wanted to reply on here and make it clear. I am not willing to split the army up into smaller lots. If the army doesn’t sell, then I shall try ebay and if still no luck then I shall put it back in storage.
Splitting the army doesn’t help me either recoup the money I spent on the army (£250) or help me clear space for the baby’s arrival. All splitting will do is get me some money and leave me with 18 orcs, a wizard and a pocketful of dreams.
Thank you for the interest guys and I am sorry that postage is such a kick in the teeth but I am not prepared to split.
Thanks
Admiral:
Your best bet is for someone to drive past your home and pick up the army with that postage.
In any case, nice painting!
Edit: Just noticed. Congratulations on the arriving baby!

Yeah I know what you mean,
The postage is immense but the alternative is I split the packages into smaller packages but then you have the whole - "Great - 1 fifth of my purchase is here"
Somebody emailed me earlier and said it may be in the wording. If I was to reword it as Chaos Dwarf army £290 with free shipping, it may attract more people. Ill see what happens. The shipping is a kick in the face but the only way I can get it down means no tracking or signing for it and that leaves both me as a seller and them as a buyer in a vulnerable place.
Ill see what happens.
Thanks though, yes. Going to be a dad. Wow that feels strange to say. Were at nearly 23 weeks and all is good. He/She (my money is on a girl) is kicking regularly. Not long to go now I suppose.
Admiral:
A change in wording might be good, yes.
If you’re going to paper the walls before the arrival, then use the baby kicks. My mum did that.

Managed to find a slightly cheaper means of postage that is still secure
Postage UK - £15
Anywhere else - varies greatly Germany was £45 but Australia was £88. Sorry Madhatter, the cheapest I can still get it to you is £308 (£300 for you)
So UK buyers, £265 with free postage and packing.

Also my friend, next month I probably won't have bought war wagon's and gyrocopters for all my money, so if it's still left I just might take the army then if it's still left... It's still a bargain and the army is beautiful... I was planning to redo the beards and the eyes, maybe change the uniform from blue to red... yeah, someone buy this before I ruin it :hat off
thewizardofoz:
Go on you know you want to, lol. I think a red scheme could look great. If I had painted I, I would have gone for a metallic look I think.
thewizardofoz:
I was happy to sit on this but an unexpected bill has come in so could do with the money. I could do with a quick sale so I am willing to pay half of the postage -
£257.50 total (£250 + £7.50 of the £15 postage) UK
For you Mad Hatter in Sweden, that would be £280 (£250 + £30 of the £60 postage)
Let me know if interested. Am not willing to go any lower as I paid £250 for this and would like to get my money back.
If it doesn’t sell, I would rather sell one of my other armies then let this really nice, painted and based, hard to find army go for nothing.
