Did all the traitor primarchs turn into daemon princes
did they all have wings
What did they all look like
what were they armed with
If I were to make minis of them what would be a good base for each
Alpharious Omergon is two different people. How does that work if there are 20 primarchs is Aplpharious Omerghon is two then shouldnt there be 21, do they share one mind?
a. No, not all became Daemon Princes - the Nightlords primarch was killed by an assassin, and Alpharion was killed by Robute Guilliman. Horus was also killed;
b. No, not all - Perturabo isn’t described as having wings;
c. like Space Marines, but more so. The night lords primarch was supposedly white skinned and dark eyed, etc. Really ornate power or terminator armour would be appropriate;
d. 40mm bases would probably work well; and
e. Alpharius and Omerghon are two separate primarchs for the same legion, but their existence has obviously been suppressed by the Imperium. When the time is right the surviving one will reveal his existence and his legions role as a deep cover loyalist legion.
Alpharius and Omegon are the two people based on the same genetic code and only known as 1 person (ie, what the records say), so just one Primarch. The secret is that there are two of them… Not everything was slapped on the books.
As far as I know, not every traitor primarch became a daemon prince - I guess its possible, we just haven’t heard about it. Maybe some of them died long ago.
Theres a whole load of fluff you can find on them, check the old Chaos Space Marines codices, WD articles and the manifold CSM websites and forums.
I don’t believe something as mundane as having wings would decide whether or not a Daemon Primarch could fly. These guys shape Daemon worlds to their liking after all
Many had specific weapons, for example Perturabo has the hammer Forgebreaker (gifted to him by Horus IIRC) Fulgrim has the Anathame from the Horus Heresy books (with which he fatally poisoned Roboute Guilliman) etc.
They originally looked like grander versions of Space Marines, but after their ascension to Daemonhood I’d guess they look like whatever you want them to The Daemon Prince models would be a good start point.
But what about Lorgarthere is like nothing on the guy. Primarch of the word bearers

okay if this is so than doe sthat make the Darek Angels a traitor Legion
No. When the Dark Angels returned to their homeworld after the Horus Heresy, the garrison they’d left behind had turned to Chaos worship. The loyal Dark Angels purged the traitors (and their Primarch was lost in the process), scattering them through time and space when a warp storm hit right as they were defeated, destroying the whole planet. Since then, the Dark Angels (and their Succesor Chapters) have hunted the traitor Dark Angels (known as “The Fallen”) throughout the galaxy. They keep their mission completely secret, lest they fall under suspicion of being traitors themselves, and prioritise the hunt for the Fallen even over their normal duties. This means the Dark Angels have a reputation for abruptly leaving battles and campaigns for no apparent reason, and for following their own agendas and mission plans without consulting other Imperial commanders.
Perturabo has always been my favorite as an Iron warriors player. There is no great description of his demon prince form, but he would have his (likely demonic maul that Horus gave him) the Forgebreaker.

Reputedly killed. There is no PROOF the Assassin succeeded, indeed who would you back in a fight a Primarch or an Assassin? I think the only reason Nighthaunter is considered dead is that the story is a spoof of the storyline in Apocalypse Now (and the original it was derived from). And remember we get the Imperial's version.
Alpharion is also doubtful, unless there' something in the HH books I haven't read, Ultramariens vs Word Bearers and alter. Remember they ALL claimed to be Alpharion to outsiders. We can't say for sure if either Alpharion or Omegon died in the guise of Alpharius at the hands of the Ultramarines. Personally I doubt it.

Actually, there was a video recording of it. Now, either it was faked or Night Haunter welcomed the assassination as vindication for his deeds (which his words at the time suggest). He was plagued by precognitive visions all his life, so it's highly likely he foresaw his own death, and simply did nothing to prevent it.

Well, there's no actual proof of the deed. It is not said that the assassin returned, though they do have parts of her gear (with the vidlog).
...the last image in the recording is of dark, staring eyes brimming with madness above a lipless smile before the recording inexplicably shorts out.
IA Nightlords
So it can't be conclusively proved that Nighthaunter was killed. Could be a trick to get them off his back. Though again his self-destructive tendencies lends some credit that it was "suicide by cop".
Well if he isn't dead, he's been awfully quiet ever since.
Thommy H
Undoubtedly.
But we know the Alpha Legion Primarch (at least one) is definitely doing it.
In fact for the Undivided Legions the Primarches are bloody quiet. When was the last time Pertrabo or Lorgar was about anyway?
Not that the Dominc Ones seem to be doing much either.
They’re at least heard of now and again - Perturabo hangs around on his Daemon World, for example. I think the whole point of Night Haunter is that he did die - the character doesn’t make much sense unless he willingly allowed the Imperium to kill him in order to prove his point. He’s very much a tragic hero, starting out as an enforcer of justice, turned monstrous by his corrupt society and then held to an impossible standard by his perfect father and brethren. I like, for example, that discovering the rest of human civilisation was the worst thing to ever happen to his homeworld: they have their eyes opened to how bad their situation is, and it almost destroys them. It seems fitting that he does die, instead of it just being some silly plot by a villain.

Yup. He knew what would happen, the assassin's craft was detected long before it arrived, he ordered it to be allowed through and put up no resistance. Its all in the Night Lords fluff from WD a few years back.

Agree :) I like the way he wasn't just another 2D lackey of Horus.
Word Bearers, then Luna Wolves, then at the same time Death Guard, World Eaters, Emperor’s Children and after that I have no clue. Perhaps Alpha Legion… Essentially Erebus of the World Bearers corrupts Horus, who in turn, brings the DG, WE and EC to his banner, then they kill off loyalists in the Isstvan Massacre, which is really when the traitors show their true colours. Further down the line, the Thousand Sons turn when the Emperor turns his back on them for using sorcery to help the Imperium and sicks the Space Wolves on them.
For a more complete story, read the Horus Heresy books from the Black Library.
