Hello all,
I picked some of this stuff up this morning on a bit of a whim - it is ‘Tamiya Epoxy Putty / Quick Type’. I’ve never usedmodelling putty before (of any type), but I thought I’d give it a try.
Has anyone used this brand before? If so, I’d really appreciate any advice you could give me.

From what I’ve gathered on AV model forums, it is milliput consistency, tacky, it doesn’t drop, & it’s not water soluble. Kind of reminds me of GS/milliput mixes. You’d use water as a lubricant.
Given that you are just starting out, I’d begin using the putty to fill gaps and texture areas like fur, bases, or mail.
I’d like to hear what you think of the putty after working with it a bit. :hat off
