It’s actually a combination of rumours from previous years; Nagash and cavalry. The nagash rumours have been around since SoC, and the cavalry campaign rumours were supposed to be for this year.

Interesting to say the least. Would be nice to know GWs plans regarding Chaos Dwarfs, since 'ard Boyz is allowing the chaos dwarf. ravening Hordes list no reason why a Summer Campaign couldn’t.

A campaign involving trade caravans across the darklands or something like that would be great for Chaos Dwarfs (and would fit in nicely with Nagash).

And that wasn’t a great campaign - little support or comment in WD and minimal support in the stores around here. Albion had more support. And was more fun.
