Just wanted to give all my unmet friends a heads-up. I’ve been taking pictures and cataloging my massive chaos dwarf army in preparation for selling it. It is tens of thousands of points worth of stuff, much of it professionally painted and based, many custom sculpts and conversions I put together myself. Lots of unpainted stuff too for those looking to fill out their own armies.
Just a clue at the care I put into this. Each of the CD warriors units has an equal number of each of the 5th edition sculpts, including the two rare versions with the curvy axes, and the plastic models, for a wider variety of poses in each unit. Each unit also has champions, heroes, and lords painted to match, so that you can field them alongside the unit. Each unit has its own color scheme, but all are similar, so it is very cohesive.
I also have complete painted units of the Marauder and Citadel Chaos Dwarf sculpts, one of each model. There is easily enough models to make 3 or more large sized armies from my collection. My thought was to break it up, auction off units individually on ebay. But if somebody has deep pockets and wants first pick of units or to put together an army, I will make note of offers. Otherwise, this is a good time to start saving!
