After looking around for ideas for K’ daai Destroyers I found an old codex for CD. In that (google search “Chaos Dwarf Rules” and it is the pdf labeled Here) on page 62 there is an entry for Lord Bhaal, Eldest of the Bull Centaurs. The artwork for him looks a lot like this Executioner and his Dread Axe is described as being “…encrusted with vile runes of the Dark Gods and glows with an unnatural miasma.” So I think the Executioner was at least based off Bhaal, if not a full on re imagining.
I hope his fluff is something along the same lines… as Lord Bhaal was a pretty BA bull, throwing priests in molten gold with the slaves because they weren’t being pious enough to Hashut, taking out fortress gates and portcullis’, unstoppabull ;D carnage.
I hope his rules bring the Fury of Hashut special rule which would boost the Bull Centaurs nearby and it would be nice if he didn’t have a Command Ability, like Drazhoath, so he won’t step on the Tau’ruks or Castellans toes. I’m fairly certain his axe will have a rend of -3, just a guess though.
Just wanted to share what I found and my thoughts, I’m really looking forward to getting this guy on my table!

Hashut’s burning beard, you seen his rules? This guy is weak against shooting, but should he get into combat he is going to utterly wreck ANYTHING in front of him. That’s what a true Executioner-priest of Hashut should do :hashut… I can see him charging into combat shouting “MOOOO ve away” at the top of his lungs :D.
I can find the Legion of Azgorh units in the AoS app if I search for them but I can’t find “Legion of Azgorh” category. How do I find their list? So I can browse rather than search.
I may eventually make this my first AoS army… if they get a pointed that is.

You won't find LoA in the App... Chaos Dwarfs are covered by Forgeworld, not GW's main studio ;). Here are their rules. And yes, there will be point values for us :).
They are there, just hard to find. One: Because of how many damn sub-factions there are now. And two: Because they decided to have them alphabetically listed, they kept the "The" part on and so the Legion of Azgorh is found in the "t" part on the list...silly GW.

Haha, I missed this post. Good old Bhaal. I was rather fond of him. I doubt very much Shar'tor is based on him, but you never know - rumour was that FW were snooping around here when they were developing the Legion of Azgorh, so some influence might have seeped in if they spotted it.
