Having been made admin again temporarily to do some forum changes, I’ve created two new sections; Introductions and CDO information, and CD Rumours.
The introductions one I think was important to try and give people a better understanding of where everything is when they’re new. We had a lot of information threads all over the place and hopefully now they will all be more obvious.
I’ve also redone the forum rules thread, splitting apart the rules and the rewards.
The rumours section was because we’ve had so many of them of late that it makes sense to have a whole subsection specifically devoted to this, especially if it reduces duplicate threads.
Incidently since I joined CDO that was the one section I really wanted to make if I did nothing else. Finally some 2.5 years later I think there is just about enough rumour discussion to warrant it.
Note that IF this all dies down again we will have to rethink it. The staff have been waiting for something ‘official’ one way or the other before opening this, but I’ve gotten impatient. ;P It would be easy to set it back to how it was if nothing comes.
I bet all the Brits here are thinking ‘Praise be to Hashut that he didn’t spell it Rumors!!’ 
Let me know what you think, especially on the user guide for those who download it. If there are any suggestions I can update it in the future.

That is a good point.
That section will probably be more heavily moderated than most.
I was tempted to lock the huge thread there, but I figured it might as well stay for all the snippet things. If there is anything substantial from now on it will go in the rumour roundup, and if it’s ‘official’ it will go in the confirmed rumours thread.
I could have added a disclaimer: ‘If you need proof in your hands this is not the section for you!’
I won’t update the round up retrospectively other than that first post, the most substantial one we’ve had recently.

I’ve just realised the irony of the name I picked for this thread. Probably not worth dwelling on that again.
Edit #2: Seeing as it is not general CD discussion, but specifically about rumours I made a sticky about wishlisting, questions and off topic posting for that section. It’s not too much to hope I think that people will post in the right place.
