Remember when i had those cruddy tyranids? Ive decided ill try basing another army off of the “Alien” from Alien. Ill take the bloodletters of Khorne, cut off the horns, and smooth out the head. Then ill place greenstuff over the eyes, and add a tail. What do you think? Ill paint them chaos black, with a drybrush of Mithril Silver, space wolves grey, and finally a gloss coat.
I think the end result will look fantastic, and once my blood letters get here, ill start working right away.

perhaps just using the BL heads and using appropriate bodies might be a good suggestion. Im looking forward to this too. could be pretty neat.

Fantastic find, firehammer!! I think those might be a tad big for the smaller bugs, but for warriors, those would look fantastic!

Those look great on the bigger models- But smaller ones might pose a issue.

Not to be a nay sayer but I am a huge fan of Alien and it looks like a tyranid with an alien head, the bodies are not lithe enough in my opinion from the warriors for the conversion. I think the use of genestealers would be a little bit better for the over all look of the model as they resemble them a little more.
If you can pull it off, most awesome and you deserve a high-five.
