No doubt in my mind that a helmet holding version would be so, so cool - but it will make him very much a charachter choise - and a charachter choise only!
Would never have thought that I would say this, but I would like a more rank and file type of guy. So I’ll ‘prefere’ (if he has to be holding any thing at all) that you go for a grenade or another kind of ammunition or just let him be grabing for some gun/black powder.

The monocule like telescope thingie might be a bit too hightech for me - so please, don’t ‘over do it’ - don’t make it to advanced.
And then I have to say that I see no use of such a device. It’s not a sniper rifle - it’s a Blunderbuss that will hit anything in front of it 
- but I you feel for it , do it! I’m sure you’ll make it look cool.

Made him a new arm, closer to the body easier to rank up, and started on the helmet and the beard.

Very, very nice - the face is just getting better and better - really love that boned look in his face. Looking forward seeing the finished beard, vizer and the shoulderpads, so we can start see the real inner evil in this guy

- but then again glad he went for a more rank friendly version. I need about another 8 helmet blunderbusses. So I have to prefere a miniature that would rank with the Kees Headblast fig.
But we could always hope for - that he would do both :D :D :D

I really like the gentlemen with the Blundebuss on his shoulder. Needs a thicker beard though, but that will come with later iterations of the mini - keep up the good work.
