[Archive] Taur'ruk or another unit of BCs?

Danzig:

I’ve been running a unit of 3 BCs and a Taur’ruk lately and liking it. However, that eats pretty heavily into my heroes allowance and I’ve been having a trouble against armies with a lot of units.

I’m wondering which people thought was better: One unit of 3 BCs with a musicians and Taur’ruk, or 2 units of 4 BCs with musicians.

One spreads the threat out more, but I’m going to miss the big guy with his low rerollable armor save.

I’m not knowledgeable enough to offer much help, but what kind of weapons have been applying to peoples faces with this unit?

Imo the BC are much better with the Taur’ruk, cause we can make the unit stubborn. And the BC them selfs don’t do enough damage

Yeah the Taur’ruk has saved the unit in fights against other big doodz (crypt horrors, those snake-surfers, etc).

Plus, every once and awhile he charges out solo and causing havoc.

I guess I’ll keep the big guy around.
