I hadn’t thought of doing this, but the moulds I use have a habit of breaking down after not too many models (which could also be due to me not designing the models for easy casting).

I might give this a go for resin moulds as well.

Interesting, I didn’t know that. I find my moulds (my own ones at home, not the Titan Wargames ones) start degrading pretty fast too, a lot of that seems to be little rips and tears near hidden air bubbles.
