Personally I dont see the Chaos Dwarfs as a cery jocular race. I can see them spitting in someone elses beer, but not out of fun…

They cuss a lot and make fun of people’s shortcomings. They are vindictive and cruel and should be able to find fun in anyone’s misfortune, particularly of people they consider “lesser beings”: regular dwarfs, greenskins, etc.
