Woah, the campaign is almost upon us…???
Registrations are now open for the Dark Reckoning campaign and will close on the 9th of March.Seems weird to be doing this campaign so soon, when the campaign fluff isn’t finished yet.
The campaign will officially be open for competition on Monday 10th March and ends Sunday 23rd March.
Between now and the 9th of March, official background materials as well as rules & statistic information will be released in the Dark Reckoning thread on COTEC.
How to Register
For registration you will need to input
- Your COTEC username
- Your password
- The name of your Army General
- And the army you want to play as
Then hit the Submit button and your done!
User authentication will be needed to report a battle so make sure you record your login details in a nice safe place.

How does a campaign like this work? Is it organized like the GW summer campaigns (ie play games and send the results)?

To be honest I don’t know.
I think it would be, as from the description of it there would be something like an interactive map, where you can enter your results.
There maps are always awesome, they’ve got some talented people over there.

If I understand it correctly, you don’t have to play games in order to register them. Its a fluff driven campaign based on semi automated mechanics (the 4 stars V each other V the automated Empire reinforcements).
So if the CD win at a certain location for a while, we would write the fluff determining what happens there.
Anyone interested?
Its only for a couple of weeks, so we should put up a show really.
