Note purely for fun folks. Lets not run it off the rails.
After a discussion at my part time job (Apple) which a fairly high % of geeks with equally geeky hobbies the question came up: whose the geekiest?

For me this is tough as its a dead heat between LARPers and Card based gamers.
blackwolf.scortch:
Have to say LARPers. If only for the definition that “Geeks make things, Nerds collect things”.
Kera foehunter:
wow Geeks and Nerds are not the same… I didn’t know that . I only know of the first 2 on the list but i like role playing
ClawLeader:
Hands down, larpers. You’re making this too easy
Sticklander:
I’d like to get into LARPing, but haven’t had the opportunity. I suppose if I manage to succeed in my acting career, I’ll essentially be LARPing!
But I do role play, war game (obviously), and play the occasionally video game (mostly just Elder Scrolls…).
furrie:
The only thing I’m not doing on the list is LARPing, but I want to do it someday. Just need to find out where and if I can get some friends with me.
cornixt:
LARP is less geeky because it involves lots of socialising, except for people who remain in character even before you start. I would say that the geekiest thing is collecting pictures of obscure things like old trains, or even just the registration numbers of them.
The Odor:
Hmm… From personal experience I am gonna say “All of the Above.”
Willmark:
Rather funny no one picked wargaming…
Abecedar:
Rather funny no one picked wargaming...Fixed that for you. war gaming is all I do anyway

snowblizz:
Since there was no “working for Apple” I had to go with LARPers. I’m sorry but as a nerd/geek (I collect miniatures, but we all do “make” them) even I would beat up the men dressed in French Maids costumes if this was a school yard still.
Willmark:
I don’t usually post that because it gets the masses riled up.
Larp is the runaway winner thus far.
Fuggit Khan:
In the long long ago I ran a comic/gaming store for 9 years. After 9 years of experience with thousands of customers of all walks of life in the nerd/geek spectrum…LARPers win the prize (or rather I should say the vampire LARPers who stay in ‘character’ even when they’re not playing).
And yes, I’m a nerd :hat off
G.2:
Great Poll. We are ALL geeky, but isn’t funny, who we consider to be the GEEKIEST.
Zanthrax:
Great poll - it’s card gamers for me since they seem to have taken over my local gaming store and kind of stare when a non card gamer e ters their dungeon (the store is in a basement )
