Hi all,

In addition to the miscellaneous classic Citadel minis listed below, I have decided to part with my classic chaos army; this is an all-metal army made up of classic Citadel chaos models from 1985-1992, also known as the Golden Era of Citadel Miniatures. Quite a few models are painted, and since I am more skilled at painting than wargaming these models have been painted to a level way beyond tabletop quality.

They are painted predominantly in deep reds (Khorne) and in subtle, dark colours otherwise. I am also trading off many unpainted chaos models, all of which are trimmed of mould lines/flash, based and made ready for painting. There are several rare models included in this lot as the pictures will show. I have not had the time to photograph them all individually, so if you see a model in the background that you’re not sure of, please ask! I am also trading off my old Citadel dragons (loose, unassembled, unpainted).

Seriously tempted to buy your clssic Chaos stuff mate! I sold my collection, similar to yours, off a few years ago and regretted it ever since…

Just curious, what sort of pricerange are you thinking about?

I don't know yet my friend; I've invested lots of time in painting these models but since I don't have any Golden Demon prizes to my name (never attended GamesDay but not sure if that would matter), I would have to rely on presentation (i.e. good pictures) -and luck- to get premium prices off eBay. At the same time I am not in urgent need of cash, so I will probably set a minimum price on the auctions. Nor do I know if I'll list them individually or as a whole army, but I am leaning towards the first. I just have too many armies/models left to paint and have decided to focus on my dwarf, Empire and Death Korps of Krieg armies...

Are you looking to trade everything in one or bits and pieces? I ask because I think the old knights completely rock!! the marauder knights that is not the ‘not so old’ ones in the first pic :slight_smile:

Thanks mate, I made a point out of modelling up some shields in the old John Blanche/"Blanchitsu"- style of '80's GW. Glad you noticed! M
