Yea thats what im thinking of i see alot of Lava Bases and also Chaos Dwarves live in like a Lava/Charred or fiery Area i guess it would effect its Wildlife or Inhabitants

I did write some stuff for lava trolls, but I wasn't sure whether or not to include them, as fire stops them regenerating.

Some things to beware of a Lava troll: Do not run from a Lava troll its will think you playing with it,Do not Anger it or you will Regret what you have done,If kept as a Pet and not Fed right may become Self Cannibalistic or eat its Owner and Do not think a Lava troll can be Tamed even if you do it would take a Decade”

I like the idea of trolls being more wild beast than a group that the Dawi Zharr would trade with. This is only my own thoughts on the subject, so take them as you will, but I imagine trolls as being more likely to be kept as slaves - albeit slaves that still act like wild savage beasts even after several decades of servitude. They’d probably be kept close to where they’re needed to work by huge heavy chains attached to rock at one end and a large iron ring at the other that is initially fed through the collar bone or breast bone of the troll and spot welded closed (how the Dawi Zharr do their spot welding I’m not sure)… but the picture would be dozens of subdued trolls covered in bruises, gashes and pieces of missing limbs, all too weak to fight, scores of exhausted Chaos Dwarf warriors crowded around them looking on, weary but proud, as the smithys are brought in and set to work looping chain and rings through the bones of the lava trolls. By the time the lava trolls have regenerated it’s too late, they’ve been moved to a slave pit and chained close to heavy machines or quarries where they will spend the rest of their lives toiling for the greater good of their new Master’s empire, all the while brutally driven on by only the meanest and toughest of the Dawi Zharr Pit Lords.
It’s unfortunate from a fantasy setting that all of our lava names are derived from Hawaiian language, and a troll covered in pahoehoe lava just doesn’t seem to fit. My guess would be that lava trolls are covered in something like a’a lava, which initially contains a high concentration of gas and is usually slow moving before it solidifies completely. Anyway, the a’a lava is the stuff that’s very sharp and jagged and you don’t want to go running bare skin over it, let alone engage in melee combat with a foe that’s covered in it as his natural armour!

You could just use the rules for Stone Trolls. It makes sense the dark lands are surounded by mountains. They would also have a natureal resistence to magic being so close to the chaos dwarfs. I think stone trolls make a good fit they have an armour save and magic resistence.
