Gammal:
Hello guys!
I have been thinking of using two hellcannons in 2400 points.
My thought process was that, if I have an offensive based list, I dont have to offer up a unit a protection for the warmachines, since the machines, will serve as protectin in themselves (being nasty CC monsters aswell)
The list will look something like this ( wnt go into specifics here, il leave that for the army section)
lvl 4 prophet
lvl 1 smith with scroll
BSB castellan
2x 20 Hobos with bows
25-30 Dwarfs
6 Kdáii
4 BC´s
2 hellcannons
1 magma cannon.
And thats about it…
Thoughts on this?
Im at work atm so I have to keep this short, but il answer any questions once I get home tonight!
Thank you! // Gammal

I’m a fan of two hell cannons for the same reason, but i am big fan of the dread mortar and will be buying another when the bull centaurs come out.

I prefer my games to be 2000 or less so please take that in consideration in my answer (:
Taking 2 hellcannons… ask yourself this question: would you yourself like to face 2 HC’s in a 1- friendly game or 2- Tournament game? If yes in either then for Hasuts sake do so!
In my gaming community and 99% of all friendly games we have the rule: No double rare or tripple special, this avoids list based around 6 Mangler Squigs or 2 Hydra’s and the likes. I prefer my games like that But thats just me.

I think this is a good rule ,we have been using a similar rule also with the exception of over 3000 pts bring what you want, and when a child spent the whole weekend painting up 2 hydra then it’s ok
