It is quite possible that what he stated is true: that he bought them of a GW employee and never used them. To me, they looked legit. Must say that they did go rather cheaply. If I would’ve had that money at hand I’m sure I would’ve been furiously bidding.

If I would've had that money at hand I'm sure I would've been furiously bidding.Could be--but if it's true, it's strange that the only two other pieces he has that are contemporary with the Juggernauts are the two war engines--no foot or minor sets.
