Yes, they split the Undead army to Tomb Kings and Vampire Counts.
The Undead army had chariots, zombies, mummies, screaming scull catapults etc.

Carrion are a Special choice in a Tomb Kings army. Manticores no longer appear in any Undead army, but they’re usable as mounts for Dark Elves and Warriors of Chaos.
Hashut’s Blessing:
It’s no longer a mount choice for DEs, it’s a unit (still used as a mount mind 
), but you could always use it as the basis for a conversion or to represent something else (like a griffon for an evil themed Empire army).
