[Archive] Very nice evil dwarf at TFM

Khunag:

http://www.trollsforge.com/dwarves/dwarf.html

One of the nicest evil dwarves there’s ever been imho.

Loki:

Great find, he looks great shame there aren?Tt any close up pics would be good to get a closer look head and beard

clam:

Haven’t we all been waiting for this release??

It’s Rozmax Chaos Dwarf Lord - and you’ll find some WIP shots in this thread:

https://discourse.chaos-dwarfs.com/t/9963

But $10?? - for a 21mm resin miniature - Greatsword’s has really set a new standard for the price level for plastic miniatures.

TwilightCo:

It’s so good to see new evil. Looks like I may have to replace my armies heroes!

GRNDL:

I think it will look a lot nicer with a Big Hat - and that’s what’s going to happen. An order has been placed…

Taedae:

he would be a nice hero character on foot. i like the detail i can see.

10$ is a lot for 1 mini. i am still debating on getting him.

Border Reiver:

Well sculpted and dynamic “follow me lads!” sort of pose. And $10 for a mini is cheap, considering what you pay for a single character mini from GW…

Very true, for a character this is very reasonable. I might eventually snatch one of these up.

Thommy H:

I think the anatomy and posing needs a bit of work, but there’s some nice detail. Just wish I needed another Hero - my collection is now ridiculously character-heavy.

You could use it as a champion i suppose...

True, very true - but to me the big difference is, that GWs model would be made of metal - or it would be a multiple option plactic kit.

And futher more - you'll have to pay $6 for getting it to Europe - and maybe customs/tax - so at the end - he'll cost you the same, I think.

I certainly have been. I've ordered mine just now.

Next on my "where the hell are they?" list is the Bull Centaur green that was posted here a while back.

Anno:

It’s really beautiful!

I have to take this miniature ^^

Pyro Stick:

Wasnt this guy sculpting a sorceror as well? Hopefully that will be available soon as well.

Nicodemus:

I think the CD looks good.  I ordered mine this morning too.  Getting noted on here is good for business!

If you take a look here:

http://www.gaspez-arts.com/?go=store&id=47&pgs=2&pag=1

You'll see that the first 6 dwarfs on foot has become available - and the rest should come very soon (according to Rolljordan). I've also updated the BloodBowl-thread with this bit of news.

Kera foehunter:

thanks clam for the links
