Tarrakk Blackhand:
Hi gang!
Ok, RH list is great and all, but I’m getting tired of these "To operate X item, turn to page #X in the 7th ed rule book and then do this and add that…then do the same for Orcs and Goblins…blah, blah, blah. OH yes…and don’t forget that the FAQ now has some info that now cancels out some definitions of the RH list."
So I think I’m going to compile all the “Correct” info and write a quick “Book” of my own (For my own use) to rectify these problems.
But before I comit myself to several hours of typing, I’m wondering about some of the “permittable” Goblin rules.
Ok, Animosity now follows the rules on P.16 of O&G book for Hobgoblins. I can dig it!
However, what about the WAAAGH rule on P.17? Is that out because we can’t take a Warboss and the applicible Chaos Dwarf General isn’t an Orc? How does that work?
Also, I assume that if Black Orcs can’t carry a magical Standard in the CD army, then Orc Big 'Uns can’t either. Am I right?
As far as “Magic Items” are concerned, who is allowed to carry what?
Who carries the “Magic Weapon”?
Who wears the “Magic Armor”?
Who wears the “Talisman”?
Who can carry an “Enchanted item”?
Who has the “Arcane item”?
Who displays the “Magic Banner”? - Ok, that one’s obvious!
Compairing the RH list which stated “You may choose magic items for your characters and units…” and the more recent books where only Lords get to have 100 Points worth of magic items, Heroes get 50 and some special units get 50, how does this magic item cost work? What would be the best way to go?
I guess that’s it for questions for now.
