Chaosftw:
How could they not?!?!
The Chaos Dwarf Infernal Guard pretty much invented the "Rule of Cool"
Thanks for the info!
Admiral:
Thanks for the list! This confirms my impression that Chaos Dwarfs are a relatively succesful range for FW, though probably not when comparing to the big 30k-40k ranges.

Actually, the Hellcannon did.

Speaking of which, I’m entirely sure that future Hellcannon-inspired possessed war machines for CDs would be good sellers as well. Big hat infantry, too, on the face of it. I’ve told FW about it, in case it would stick with them.
Admiral:
.....Dread Saurian? O_O
BABIS
It's new, it's a Dinosaur, and it's cool. Ergo, sales giant #2. It's not the best anatomy sculpt out there by a long shot, but it's not a Pumbagor.
Yodrin:
Great to see we are at 1 place;)

Pumbagor! Hahahaha! Never heard the expression before and yet a specific miniature instantly pops into mind! Never liked the Razorgor sculpt.
bas_2312:
Well, Chaos Dwarfs are basically all Warhammer Forge offers (those single monsters are never going to sell as well as a whole army). To me it would be more interesting to see where Chaos Dwarfs fall in the entirety of Forgeworld sales.
Vogon:
I’d be interested to know over what period the data was assembled.
The 40K/30K version is on a monthly basis. The Dread Saurian may be still benefiting from the shiny new model syndrome.
Cheers

cornixt:
The Infernal Guard are no surprise, since you need multiple of them for an army, while nearly everything else are one-off buys. The Daemonsmiths are a better gauge since most CD players will only buy one, two at most. That puts the army sales on a scale similar to Chaos players who like the big daemon models.
Twisted Dwarf:
I have 3 units of 6 bull centaurs in my army… I’d like to think I’m a huge contributor to them finishing so high lol
Wolf :
Personally, I?Tm just happy to see a new flash in red and gold with the words ?oWarhammer Forge?. However, I would be thrilled to see a news flash showing the release of the K?Tdaai Destroyer within the next month.
After that time, I won?Tt be bothered as I?Td have enough money to purchase all the parts/ models to make my own.
Barth:
thats nice, but SKULLCRACKER is out of stock now.

Admiral:
That’s worrying. I always thought Forgeworld cast new miniatures as orders came in. I reallly hope it’s not pulled from the store, especially since I had to choose an Iron Daemon instead for gaming reasons.
torn:
Its not impossible that if something isn’t a great seller then they might only cast batches every so often. Its probably more cost effective to cast in batches rather than order to demand, at least for smaller non titan sized things. Then again that is a complicated model with lots of parts and it just might not be profitable if they have to keep re casting fiddly bits that get broke in the mild.
Admiral:
I’ve had some correspondence about it. I had a hunch it was something about mould replacement, but feared the worst. No worries, mates:
“Hi,
Thank you for your email. Periodically master models need some work so we can continue to produce moulds, this means we have to take the products of sale for a short time to replace and repair the master models and then produce new moulds. The amount of time this takes depends on many factors including the level of detail in the model and the level of work the designers and mould makers already have scheduled. Unfortunately this means we can not give an accurate estimate of how long the Skullcracker will be unavailable for but we will have them back on sale as soon as we can.
We have passed on your feedback to our design team.”
