I based him on a Skaven Plague monk if anyone noticed 
But…I’ve just looked at the Border Towns Burning CD rules…and you CAN’T TAKE HOBGOBILNS!!!
All that hour spent sculpting wasted!

Hobbos have the same stats as humans. I haven’t read the list but if there are humans/slaves in there you can take him

Looks good. You can take a hobgoblin. Look at the list and you shall find Informer. read the stuff beneath it and you’ll notice they can be of “many races”, thusly, a hobgoblin fits in just fine
