I have been reading the other thread about a “fake” big hat model and that got me thinking, who did the original models? Company ofc Games Workshop but who where the designer/s for them? And anyone know what he/she/them do today?

It tells you in the old catalogues who sculpted the models. As you can see from this page Micheal and Allan Perry sculpted the first chaos dwarfs:
