Today, Youtube shows up like this in Google Chrome on my PC:



Bare homepage without user-friendly make-up. No amount of restarting web browser or computer helps to solve the problem. It’s still possible to play videos on Youtube, but it’s now tedious to search for them in a number of ways.

Switching to another browser might help, but I’ve not even tried it since it’s no long-term solution. It must be Chrome because of Gmail and Adblock.

Do you happen to know of a solution to Youtube’s appearance problem? Any help will be much appreciated. :slight_smile:

The solution presented itself from experts. Better share for others who might stumble into the same display problem:

This is a known issue with AdBlock+.

AdBlock has issued a workaround for this issue. Please follow these steps:

Chrome Menu >> More Tools >> Extensions.

Under “AdBlock+” click “Options”

Uncheck the “Easylist” option.

If this doesn’t work, disable AdBlock+ in Extensions.
