Yes, I was considering trying the luck and posting in my local club’s Discord if some rich 40k player was going to spend that much and then sell me the CD for 30€ or something. But even if it should work, I don’t know he is worth the full GW single character price to me. He looks OK, but is this enough?
And it still would be no an exceptional deal for whoever would need to spend ~130 € full GW price.

I guess the calculation (presuming you want the model), do you buy from discounted store and presume you can pick it up on eBay for under the 20% you’d save.
If they are expensive on eBay the discount on your other stuff won’t cover it.
It’s a nice model, I wouldn’t say great though and the rock is terrible

I think removing the rock and putting a severed Black Orc head or something similar like a skull underfoot would be a significant improvement

I think the nature of how this model has to be acquired will see it on eBay at significantly higher prices than usual - and those are already high for commemorative models! I’m expecting him to start at around 50€.
At least as long as GW is indeed only selling it this way.
