In the meantime, I remembered [this thread](https://discourse.chaos-dwarfs.com/t/illustrations-of-ancient-mesopotamia/393) and tried this:

Tomorrow maybe I’ll make a photo with them on dwarfs to judge the overall look.  
Is the supposedly Greek pattern still good for something?

We can also see the old and new shield sizes next to each other.
