I contacted FW a couple of months ago in regards to this, as you suggest, if CWs get a re-release/update we may see them again. Here’s the reply from Luke on June 28th, 2022:

Sadly this item has been retired.

I am sorry to say if an item is listed as “no longer available online” or simply is not advertised on our web store it will have been retired from the range.

It is very unlikely that once an item is removed for the web store altogether that it will come back into stock but we cannot say for sure that it will be permanently retired.

I would suggest keeping an eye on our web store and Warhammer community page for updates and announcements for future pre-order and product details.
