[WFB] 6th edition tournament help

I need some tactical help. I am going to be playing a friendly 6th edition tournament.

Format will be: everyone play each other once.

My opponents will be

2 dwarf(one heavy gunline)

2 empire,

2 vampire counts

1 Lizardmen

I am a little bit lost on what to field. I am thinking about these builts

First off - Great to see another Chaos Dwarf player for 6th! Where is the tournament?

I quite like the 2nd list tbh. The Blunderbuss in the 1st list would only be S4 right? The 2nd list has a lot of punch power in the Black orcs and the CD Warriors, whilst giving enough options to flank with the cavalry and then the bolt throwers for good measure.

yes, the blunderbuss would only be S4, but they are there to fight skinks and scare other skirmishers.
I have not had a lot of success with the actual shooting, but they have been a great deterrent.

i am a little worried about fielding 2*10 wolf riders even thou they do offer a lot of maneuverability.
against vampire count i am afraid of the fear test and against the dwarfs they would not do well in cc.

i am considering a third list:
The hero setup is the same as the other list.

Black orcs and orc boys will be my center, the sorcerer general will be placed right behind those, so they can use his ld.
Black orcs have banner of slavery for the fear test against vampire counts and lizardmen cold one cavalry. against dwarfs and empire it will help with panic test from shooting.
black orcs quells the animosity of the orc boys. making them more reliable.

The wolf riders will be flankers along side the bull centaurs. Against dwarfs they will screen the bull centaurs from most shooting.

chaos dwarf warriors tries to help the orcs from a flank.

Blunderbuss is to scare of skirmisher.

Yeah tbf that list sounds a bit more solid. I have to stick my hand up and say I am a bit new to the actual gaming side of the hobby and Iā€™ve only had two games of 6th edition (one was a draw, one was a major loss) so Iā€™m not the best person for helping with lists!

What tournament are you going to? Thereā€™s a few 6th edition tournaments happening in England over the course of the year Iā€™m hoping to attend, and some friends of mine are even planning on hosting a 6th edition event at Warhammer World in Nottingham sometime around October/November.
