[WHFB/TOW] Oglah Khan parts variant or recast?

I found a bit of an oddity while doing an inventory of my Dogs of War Oglah Khan Wolf Riders components. I have a total of 5 standards for the standard bearer and of these 4 match the height in the catalogue references of the time I can find, but I have one that’s significantly shorter:

To the best I can tell it’s not recast, or if it is it’s impossible to tell apart from the others other than the height. I’m wondering if the studio shortened the length due to these bending horribly anyway or they may have had issues with flow along the shaft in the molds?? Does anyone else have example of such a short standard like this one??

Here’s one of the ads from 1999 for reference:

Thanks for any input my fellow Hobgoblin fans may have!!

**As an aside, I know there was talk ages ago about what was the rarest model from the Chaos Dwarf line (was it maybe Clam or Cornixt discussing this??). Anyway, I agree that one of the rarest models may be the Bull Centaur that goes with the Juggernaut, but that’s not been the hardest for me to find from my experience. It has been Hobgoblin Wolfboy 4 (part# 021403907) for me. Out of my entire collection, with multiples of everything… I’ve only ever found one of him! He only came in blister packs for expanding this unit (along with Hobgoblin Wolfboy 1 or 2) so it may be that folks bought up the box sets but weren’t buying as many blisters??

Oh, didn’t know. Now I had to check my wolf boys… Looks like I have 1 of the nr 4 at least.

The O&G collector’s guide from 2003 shows the longer banner only for this HG unit.

I can’t speak for this particular banner, but I do have a couple of proper Goblins with shorter banner poles than the original models had.
