It’s very hard to tell in these photos how the hips work. I’m guessing the leg armour completely covers any hip joint?
To make him walking forwards for example, is that very tricky?

The Brazier piece is largely spherical and hollow with holes where his legs start. You ought to be able to adjust its legs in most any fashion provided you cover the holes.
I won’t be able to take more pictures until I’m back from the UK on October 5th or so. ![]()
If you don’t have the kit at hand this might be a difficult question to answer, but in all the pictures I’m seeing online people are positioning the cannon arms in the exact same pose. But looking at your sketches here it looks like the head and arms are on ball-joints?
I’m assuming there’s a slot in the arm or something to lock it into that “standard pose” they all seem to share, but would it be difficult to glue it in another more custom pose?
From what I can tell, the designers tried very hard to have as few visible joints as possible.
So it’s logical to not make them posable.
The shoulder has a ball and socket joint with keys that put the connection in a precise spot. I clipped off these keys to take advantage of the ball and socket.
The head had some mild pose-ability as well.
The elbow joint has a sort of clasp and gear mechanism that allows for a few different notched positions.
All in all, without too much effort, you should be able to have some distinct poses. ![]()
That doesn’t sound too bad to hobby around at all! Thank you for the simple explanation ![]()
I’m thinking about running two in each list, so I can’t stomach them being in the same mono-pose ![]()
