[Archive] Dawi Zharr - Creating a Chaos Dwarf Army [Exquisite Evil]

LLV:

Hey Hey Kids!

Most of you guys will know me from Hand of Hashut, but I suspect that others will have seen me other places too - I get about a bit;)

Ok Its been awhile, but Ive recently started working on my Dawi Zharr again.

I may edit and put a full recap of what Ive done up to now(not that much…) but for now here’s some newer stuff!

ok…

First up -Revised unit shot…

Ok the ogre is missing his arms right now as theyre getting some Green but his beard and mask is done.

All the beards are complete on the warriors aswell and having started adding spikes and skulls to the bottom and the beginnings of facemask helmetss appearing. My musician has had muscles sculpted onto his left arm and I changed my champion mask a little and added scale mail on the sides.

Biggest changes are these 2 fellows;

Standard bearer - you may have seen him ‘blutakd’ before - still needs some muscles on arms. If you look Ive also started the skulls on the bottom of his beard - well 1…

This fellow is my ‘Arcane Engineer’ - in game terms a hero level metal sorcerer. Again he was a ‘blu’ and is now a ‘green’. Couple more things to add, including changing his pointy finger and adding a skull to his helmet and staff/wrench thingy…

he also has a GS cape-but I got lazy uploading the pic of it as it wasnt very interesting

I have to spend time with the missus today - but I hope to do a bit tonight, and update tomorrow!

Thanks Guys!

EE

Thanks for the compliment!

Xander:

Hot damn! You really can sculpt! Looks like things are going swimmingly, bravo!

Your GS sculpting is so detailed, quite excellently crafted. Can’t wait for more!

Kyte:

God Da-a-a-a-a-a-a-amn… :my:

Never seen anything like it! It’s soooooooo Nice! The sorc is superb and the Std. bearer’s helm is… symetrically correct…

Thanks

- Kyte

LLV:

Those offended my tall, lythe beings with pointy ears look away now…

Wow, very unique WE! Nice stuff. Plus, we have seen your painted Chaos Dwarf. You should add that here, because it rocks. :stuck_out_tongue:

The Flying Beaver:

I’m speechless. Your sculpts are just fantastic. I have but one suggestion. Make the wizard’s pinky finger raised- it’s so appropriate that the metal wizard is flipping the horns. He worships a bull god remember!

I was going to have his hand holding a chain with a skull on it but the horns are just too cool

\m/

heavy metal rocks!

As for the other ‘painted’ pics Xander - Ill get the unit done and post in the showcase, but for now here is the guy who started it all

Okie dokie. :)

LLV:

Thanks xander!

I will use it on other forums too!

1 suggestion - anyway to drop him down a little to hide the base - so only the rocks show?

CHEERS!

Xander:

Bah, I already closed the file without saving, sorry mate.

hal:

Nice work EE, can’t wait to see some more of those guys painted.

someone2040:

Wow, simply amazing.

I look at mine and feel like squishing them in shame.

Ahhh well, pro-sculptor I am not.

Xander:

According to EE, this project is the first time he has used GreenStuff for anything other than filling gaps. o.o;

Natural, much?
