[6th] Hellcannon from HoC... do you play it with Chaos Dwarfs?

Hi, I just found this old thread talking about the Hellcannon: [Archive] Hellcanon question - #18 by HashutsBlessing

The question I wanted to answer was: can it be included in a Standard army list of mortal Chaos forces? → the answer is: YES.

But I want to go further: does your playing group ever allowed the [0-1 Hellcannon] in a pure Chaos Dwarf army?

What game system are you talking about? I only ever played editions of Warhammer where Chaos Dwarfs had access to Hellcannons.

I play 6th edition (so 20 years is nothing!), but I think 7th used the same “ravening hordes rules” for CD, right?

I was thinking about a house rule… not because we need it, but because it is cool AF.

Also takes 2 Rare slots (it should be just 1 in CD) so it would not be overpowered at all

Yes technically Ravening Hordes was still playable in 7th. I didn’t play Chaos Dwarfs back then.

I’ll amend the thread title accordingly to avoid confusion. There are def some people playing 6th.
