A gem or a rock?

Hello and thank you all for this amazing forum. Been lurking for a few months and enjoying the atmosphere.
I have been collecting 3D printed and recast big hat dwarfs in Fabazel’s oldhammer style for the past year in my own quiet pace, when I suddenly came across what looks like a original box of our favorite snuggle tooth stunties. The box and the pamphlet seems qenuine enough, but the plastic made me unsure.
Could the lorebeards of the forum have a look and tell me if this is really originals and not recasts? The box says it’s from 1994 and plastic miniatures. I thought all the stuff in early nineties was metals. Anyway, have a look and tell me what you think. If you need more pictures, I am happy to oblige.

It was … except for this box of plastic warriors! It’s genuine.

Those monopose plastics definitely existed.

I doubt anyone’s recasting plastics, though I can’t say for sure. But they’re not obviously suspicious simply because they’re plastic.

I have no experience with models from nineties, so the info is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have bought some stuff from chinese re-casters earlier, and they recast just about everything.

Tempting to just keep them in the box. They have stayed there for quite some time, so they can sit for some more time. Seems like a shame to mix them in with the 3d models.

Im pretty sure they are originals. Dont look like recast to me.

I had a few of these, with the exact same box.

Those plastic Chaos Dwarfs were the only plastic miniatures in the entire the army.
