Just perfect, and the scale is great, works prefectly.

Thx for the hob! I tried to remain on the classic look with the bleached bone vest and red bow (i will never understand why they used red instead of wood color back in 4/5th)

The windmill is cool, a great piece of scenery for a Warhammer Table. Despite it being a gift, I think you should paint the plastic parts and make it perfect.

Maybe I will give it a try, all the main parts are only plug into each other so itis easy ro put them apart and paint them.

So after long time of inactivity, yesterday and today I went back to paint.
Tomorrow I will play a match vs lizards or maybe chaos so I had to do something in preparation of it.
So enough talking, here my BSB and 1 earthskaher + another rocket (now I have 2 complete but only enough crew ppl for 1 rocket)

The banner itself are 2 heads from the Dwarf Hammerer bits
And in the end with all the CREW!

Your BSB is great. it’s hard to improve on that model as he is really good. But the back banners work perfectly! Very neat.
And you can always use him as a prophet or a Castellan without a BSB if you want to do that.
I will suggest one thing: some blood on the cut off heads and the banner poles. Not too much. But such fresh heads should have some blood. Without making them too gory, as that wouldn’t fit the army.

Yes, great post. That battle standard bearer conversion is simple but sweet. The style of the backbanners fit well in with the big hats. Some blood could work, yes. Neat artillery park as well! The puzzle windmill has the right scale for sure. Too bad all the details aren’t moulded texture, but it still looks good. Looking forward for more updates!

Make a legal army list to go with your painted models (taking into account the missing crew members) and claim a medal.
Having 20 Infernal Guard, with counting your BSB as a champion for them (as you have no command group) is 252 points - and enough for a 1000 point medal.

Yeh on the blue beards! You’ve done very well with them overall and the skin tones are nicely done.
My only thing with the “blue-grey” skin is its corpse like look / feel

My gray skin is just because they give more an idea of evil/corrupted people.
In 40k i painted the cultists in the same way for that reason.
