* Is the Chalice worth it at those point values? No one’s going to cast the 10+ spells on anything but a fluke, so I’d think that your dispel dice and 1-2 scrolls should be more than sufficient.
* The Biting Blade strikes me as one of the worst magic items in the list - even in our very small list. Sure, you get to make magical attacks, but it’s not particularly likely you’ll kill much with it.
* Let’s assume you want to put the sorcerors in the blunderbuss blocks in a formation 6 wide up front, with a 4-man back rank; that kind of makes sense. Why the command in there? Sure, a champion can protect the sorceror from challenges, but the banner and especially musician seem a total waste.
* What kind of formation did you have in mind for the warriors with (presumably) the BSB?
* Wouldn’t two bolt throwers be a more reliable option than your Death Rocket?
* Consider some hobgoblins on wolves, with or without bows, or even hobgoblin archers on foot, to give some longer-range support to your very slow dwarves.
well the reason I have the chalice of darkness is I mostly play against a dragon mage high elf list or against a magic heavy tomb king list (2prests one with a Casket of souls).
I think ill trade the biting blade for the sword of might so he’s str. 5
as for the blunderbuss units i was going to make them into 3 five man ranks
the formation i was planing was the warriors with bsb will be flanked by the the blunderbuss units and put the artillery on a hill
this is a cool list but i would drop the death rocket to either get 2 more bolt throwers or drop both the rocket and the chalice and get another unit of 15 warriors with hand weapons and shields
