Good army list, the only thing i would do is drop the orc boys and take some more CD warriors or Blunderbussess, as you already have black orcs it kind of makes the standard orcs redundant, other than that great list
I think I would do is drop the orc boys and take some more hobgoblin archers and spearmen to soak up some punnishment (not much but who cares there like 3 points anyhow).

I recommend Armour of Gazrakh and great weapon on the CD hero, with T4 and 4+ save, he won’t live long to swing the hammer otherwise. The Black Hammer is better on the BC hero, who has more attacks and is more likely to be charging and striking first.
I doubt 10 BBs are worth it, a flanking unit of warriors with great weapons is probably better for the points.
That and pop a Battle Standard on someone and off you go
