On the whole, not bad. You may want to drop the Gem on the Hero seeing as he can take most Hero level characters anyway. If you can find the points, the Black Hammer may be a worthy addition just to give him a little more punch.
that’s true…i was thinking of removing the chalice, give the gem to the sorcerer lord and make the hero a standard bearer. Should i give him the sword of battle-gauntlets combo?
Had a match last time vs a emperial army of him. I played fair, he played outrageously dirty: lots of cannons, lots of mages, stemtank, he shooted me to death. I’m gonna make him feel the true savour of our “light artillery”.
However, its better the sword of battle with the gauntlets of bazrack or simply sword of might with 1+ AS?
I don’t really like the black gem, but the other parts are ok. Maybe a little more hobbos? And I will spend some points for a couple of blunderblusses more in each of your unit, this way you still fire at S5 even with one or two losses.
:h I have play Bretonnians till recently when I aquired some CD’s and finally enough to field an army. With my knights, I charge and crush. Now Chaos Dwarfs, I find interesting and want to get as good with them as with my Bretonnians.
So, some tactics and equip. I’ve been reading about, I’d like to understand more about from what I read.So with your indulgence and advise I will rise to powerand be a force to reckon with soon.
I’ve seen references to the Black Gem of Gnar both pro and con.Being stuck to an opponets hero does’nt seem to be such a good thing. It seems like grabbing a tiger by the tail.
Next, I hear of using hobbo’s like skaven slaves and meat shields.Would you expand on that?My peasants are weaker then they are and not good for hardly anything.:hat off
