You have a 2400 point list with only four deployments.  I just don’t see how you don’t expect to be out-flanked and crushed.  I like the theme but I don’t think it will do well in practice.
And your fast-moving centaurs should definitely have a musician!

So do my Dwarfs, hasn't been a problem thus far. Only coz I have enough shooting to dictate my opponent's needs though.
Main drawback is that I don't think you have enough of anything to control the game. Not enough shooting to force the issue and not enough melee power to beat anyone who does come close.
Against other shooty armies, you'll be forced into an embarrassing slog across the table as they outgun you - Empire, Dwarfs.
Combat armies won't take enough casualties on the way in and you don't have enough hittiness to deal with them up close.
Its fine for friendly games, don't get me wrong - I'm a tournament playing scumbag so am fairly merciless with what goes into a list :P.
My general thoughts on the Tamurkhan army list:
I think a Hellcannon is essential. Nothing puts the fear into people like a str 10/5 template. The fact its unbreakable and good in melee makes it an excellent flank anchor too.
I think 1 Metal wizard, likely a lv2, is also a wise move, for the buffs and also the anti STank capability. The only war machine we have that has a reasonable chance of damaging one is the Hellcannon - and that should be shooting at troops.
IG should be in BIG units to be effective. 30 minimum. I would drop the 18 IG in your list for Hobgoblins. The shooting upgrades are absurdly priced imo. BS3 missile fire is lame at low point costs, let alone ours. I would just take more troopers.
Interesting list just skimmed over the battle report. Looks like your opponent had a pretty good idea how to use a high elf army.
He was really able to neutralize the big unit of Centaurs first with the eagle and then with the Cav unit plus -3WS spell. The eagle acted as a bit of a speed bump. The cav took away the stomp attack leaving you with 4 less attacks per turn. The -3 WS made it pretty tough for the low attack centaurs to do much damage.
The blunderbuss unit is such a point sink! By the looks of the report it doesn’t look like they did much of anything all game. Because of the point cost of that unit you had no points left over for any support units. This army really could have used a destroyer or hellcannon for some flank support. You only had the centaurs and they were taken care of pretty quickly by the cav.
You may be better off dropping the blunders and just sticking with the basic 12pt infernal guard, would have saved you around 200pts.
I think the size of the centaurs is a bit large as well. The frontage is pretty wide for the lack of attacks. I think the biggest unit I’d ever take would be 6 (3X2). You may have been better off even taking 2 units of 4 (2x2) to give you to different flanking type units.
