With the above in mind, is the list below similar to what you would field? How many would you have in each block at 2400? And would you have both units with GW's25ish, 5-6 wide. And yes, great weapons. They are still meh but at least they hit things hard and stay steadfast for a while. With the ID in the centre and the Destroyer and Hellcannon each taking a flank, it's a fairly solid line (Unbreakable anchor units ftw). Magma Cannons and Lv1s sit behind the blocks, Khans deploy in the gaps where needed.
The ID, Lv1s and the Hellcannon shoot down Monsters/Monstrous cav, Magma Cannons hit the enemy blocks and Monstrous Infantry, Destroyer projects threat with Khan escorts, and the IG blocks hopefully mop up anything that gets through. Sometimes it even works :)
Really haven't found the Lv4 to be worth his points myself. You don't need a Ld10 general when everyone is base 9 or Unbreakable and for all the overblown hysteria over the thoroughly average Lore of Hashut he is just a basic wizard who can't even get a cheap bunker. The Lv1s on signature spells get the job done more often and for less risk in my experience, and they give two re-rolls for the war machines.
