The list I like to run is generally one or two cool big models and a block of infantry backed by some heroes-I am considering dropping the level 1 daemonsmith and throwing the chalice on the lord for uber cannon bait/point savings and tossing in another magma cannon with a few other concessions. What are your thoughts on how this list would do?

Glimpse the Void:

I’m not very knowledgeable, but at first glance it seems to me that your list has a lot of fun toys but is ultimately smaller than I would be comfortable fielding.

I’d go with the K’daai and Magma cannon.

more flexibility, and you’re most certainly going to be outnumbered

You’re relying on magic it seems. Try bringing the “power stone” for a lvl 2, so he can get some more magic off in a low/crucial phase
