Fun! Thanks for sharing. Been thinking about doing a cow centaur with an udder, though never even thought of such a Dwarf torso. Good to see someone did a cow centaur first.

Disturbing thought - if bull/cowtaurs are considered sacred to Hashut, would their milk be used in place of holy water in Chaos Dwarf rituals? :o

I see no problem with such use of sacred cow centaur milk, provided it comes from an actual udder! I likewise think dung from Bull Centaurs and Tauri/Lammasus would be used for temple rituals as dried fuel, as you’re well aware of, Dînadan.
One has to realize that a religion and folk culture that takes their belief in sacred animals seriously, will do things which cultures that don’t do that, will think freakish or silly. But it will all make profound sense to the (in this case) bull-worshipping faithful.
Of course, slave blood and molten metals of various sorts would play a role in Chaos Dwarf rituals as well, not just centaur/great cowrus milk. :hashut

Good point on the cultural dissonance Admiral; iirc in Ancient Egypt the Pharaohs would, ahem, pleasure themselves, ahem in the Nile as a fertility ritual (and I�?Tm willing to bet other rulers in other cultures did likewise in their local rivers, fields, etc for the same reason), which is something most, if not all of us today would think bizarre. I can imagine Chaos Dwarfs doing likewise with their sacred bull-creatures…wouldn�?Tt want to be the priest that has to get the great Taurus going for the annual ceremony. ;P. Suppose the other option would be get the local temple�?Ts bull centaurs drunk and let them have their way with the cowtaurs/�?~sacrificial�?T female dawi zharr in a sacred orgy.

Thats a fun model, a lot of WIPs got shared on FB. Id love to do something along the lines when going for my own Chaos Dwarf Blood Bowl team, though as a one of it would be kind of hard to fit other than say a BB Star Player or similar. Cool none the less!

Dinadan, interesting point but remember Hashuts is a fire cult not a fertillity cult. Agrarian societies were understandablu big on fertility. I suspect the Dawi Zharr would leave such ptactices to lesser races who did the farming. Iwonder if fertility rites if they existed would involve scattering of burnt offerings or burning mature bulls, female slaves etc

Fermented milk is a real alcoholic beverage, so I could totally see fermented cow-centaur milk used in rituals, if not served in taverns catering to Chaos Dwarfs.
