I am going through a small dilemma. I have bought from eBay 10 fireglaive armed FW chaos dwarfs, but, I don’t really like them and I want to sell them and go for titan wargames instead of forge world.
The issue, I got these guys second hand, not assembled, but I don’t know if they are recasts or not as they weren’t in any kind of forgeworld packaging. How can I prove to myself they are the real deal, and if they turn out not to be can I still sell them?
Edit: just to let you know the thing that makes me think these guys are recasts is that the bases are not gw. They look like mantic bases or something.

Bases aren't a great indication as the original owner may have just kept the GW bases for his own stuff. Take a look on the edges of the model - you're looking for multiple mould lines. If you can see more than one mould line running parallel, it may be a recast (not 100%, but its likely). If you can't see any obvious defects, no doubled mouldlines, and the resin looks like the stuff FW normally use (pale grey, not dark or yellow) then you can conclude they're genuine (there is still a chance they may not be but you'll basically never know ;)). Post some pics and we can take a look if you want.
