Hi All,
Am I the only one that thinks the Earthshaker looks a bit stupid? I’m thinking there has got to be some sort of 40k cannon that looks much better than that. I don’t want something too modern, but something more industrial and less…child-toy like would work.
What cool alternatives have people done for the earthshaker? I’ve tried looking in the gallery, but didn’t find anything good.

Ishkur Cinderhat’s model is absolutely fantastic! I wish I knew how he modeled it. There are a 101 little things that really make the model (like the little wheel on the back or the spikes in the ground).
That Ork Kannon is also really cool and right off the shelf. It’s not too expensive for a forgeworld item, either. Much thanks!
I am looking forward to the Golden Hat pictures. It’s been something I’ve been thinking about.

I looked on the 40k site and I did find something that could work, too.
It’s not as awesome or inspiring as some of the other models, but it is better than the original. Also, the goblin crew would be good crew to use for my OnG army. Or maybe convert into hobgobs…

ah, the lobba, it looks good until you consider those grots come up to a dwarf shulders, so it makes the weapon look rather…unimpresive, to say th least:~
