All of the LOTR orcs are PERFECT scale size for a Hobgoblin. They are the size of an empire human, and have very greenskin goblinoid faces.
Mostyn, that Borat… I mean Boark… I mean Bork… I mean BORAK ORC! would make a PERFECT Hobgoblin Hero. I will very likely get him one day!

I use Rackham Goblins as Hobgoblins. They’re a bit big for normal Goblins but for Hobgobs they’re fine.

Some of the LOTR Orcs from GW’s site. Hopefully this will work. I don’t feel like pulling out my models and taking pictures of them. Realise these are painted in LOTR schemes, the skin color can be done in greenskin colors.

I would have to dig them out of the shambles of a craft room.
I do have a 500 point LOTR Orc army with the maximum models allowed by GW LOTR tournament rules (50 models.) I was hoping they were going to delete the Maximum model rule because I had a list that has 120+ models, 40 with bows at 500 points. Hobbits are the cheap point models (4 points average and 20 point heroes) in LOTR, makes the Goblin Army seem expensive (5 points average 40 point heroes) and sane. LOTR Max bows/missile is 1/3 of models in army.
