you could make a paper tube as the base and then add bits to make it more big hatish. I would use a thick type of paper so it lasted more than a day

Short of buying a top hat and converting it, I think it’s making one, matey. As for buying a top hat, that’ll set ya back £500-£600 if I remember rightly. Damn, I forgot to bring my two card top hats that I planned to change into big hats… I’ll bring them back next time I go home
