Also, anyone who has some tips on where to find the shield(s)?

Ulfo Bloodmask is his name. The shields are just the generic shields of the time. You can probably buy them in bulk on ebay.

I never realized that there were that many old Chaos Dwarf models. Very nice collection of pics!
