There simply isn’t enough demand to justify an AOS subforum. We had the discussion before and did a wait-and-see approach, and there have been hardly any AoS threads since then. The tags are working fine as they are.
This site is still the best best to see evil dwarf models, and I don’t think that a lack of promotion on a small Facebook group is going to affect its popularity.

I don’t see any valid reason why AoS, KoW, 9th edition etc should warrant their own sub forums. Forgive me for the poor analogy, but making so many segregated sub forums reeks of apartheid: “Us” vs “Them”.
Doing so will not bring unity among Evil Dwarf lovers (irregardless of playing platform/system/models/etc), but it would only foster more divisiveness.
Everything is stronger and better when we all join together in a single great melting pot of shared idea’s and creativity.
Secondly, it would only create more work for our already hard working Admins and Moderators. I can’t even imagine the amount of hours and work that they put into this forum for all of us to enjoy together (and they do it without any expectations of ‘quid pro quo’). This alone is a good example of the “behind the scenes” dedication that our Admin staff do for all of us:
I’ve linked my blog to CDO in all other forums where I post updates, I’ve been linking my blog on frostgrave facebook pages, I’ve linked CDO in kickstarters, I’ve been posting competition results in business FB pages when they’ve donated prizes. I’ve made threads about Admirals awesome work in forum where he isn’t active.
I will give my slaves to you, if you promote CDO on the internet. Nevermind gamesystem, I love all evil dwarfs!

Starting arguments is forbidden by forum policy anyway, politeness shouldn`t be restricted to “+” threads.Exactly. Besides, where would it stop? Would we then have a thread that allows cussing and insults, just to be all inclusive?. Of course not. We are all adults who can play together nicely in one forum.

I had a keen hatred towards AoS on release and in the months that followed, because it destroyed the danish community. I was very mad for a long time, but time heals and I haven’t raged on AoS for at least 6 months. Sorry for any AoS players who feel targeted.
That being said. This forum has had very little traffic after the death of WFB, and segregated forums will not help that. Doombeards exodus from the forum doesn’t change that, however dramatic he might have intended it to be :S
