Just seen that GW have just released an app for AoS allowing you to download all the wars rolls and organise them into armies (so you don’t have to scroll through the entire O&G document just to read the goblin unit scroll for example). Still no sign of a balancing system though, it just lets you select the scrolls you need on a game by game basis. Also has a section that links directly to the Black Library site to let you download AoS ebooks.

The app includes everything (that’s been released thus far) except the ‘batallion scrolls’ if you want those in the app, you’re supposed to buy the BrB for tablets and they’ll unlock in-app.
Anyhow, the app is free, so this minor inconvenience is really ok imo.
