As seen here on T9A, Chaoslo is using the Age of Sigmar starter set to build up a cheap Warriors of Chaos army with conversions. Clever.

Using the stormcasts as WoC is a nice idea, definitely captures the hugeness that WoC are supposed to have compared to normal men.
